Dr. Vora is a distinguished Orthopaedic Surgeon with a robust background in the management of hip and knee arthritis, revision hip and knee replacements, and both acute and chronic orthopaedic trauma.
He maintains a full-time clinical practice at the Royal Victoria Hospital in Barrie, Ontario, and Muskoka Algonquin Healthcare in Huntsville.

Assessor Background & Experience
With a comprehensive practice in Orthopaedic Surgery, Dr. Vora is currently practising at the Royal Victoria Hospital, Barrie, Ontario, and the Muskoka Algonquin Healthcare, Huntsville Site.
He has a keen interest in medical education, teaching family medicine residents through the University of Toronto, and actively participates in orthopaedic multicentre randomized control trials as a site investigator through Sunnybrook Hospital in Toronto. Dr. Vora also serves as the Osteoporosis Champion for the Royal Victoria Hospital.
Assessor Education
Dr. Vora embarked on his medical journey at McMaster University, where he completed his Bachelor of Health Sciences degree between 2004 and 2007. He then graduated from the DeGroote School of Medicine at McMaster University in 2010.
His residency in Orthopaedic Surgery was completed at the University of Toronto in 2015, followed by a fellowship in Adult Trauma and Lower Extremity Reconstruction at St. Michael’s Hospital in Toronto. Subsequently, Dr. Vora obtained a second fellowship in Adult Hip and Knee Reconstruction at the Toronto Western Hospital.
Dr. Vora also spent six months in India treating patients with fracture-related complications such as non-union, mal-union, infection, and deformity.

Professional Affiliations
Dr. Vora is a Fellow of The Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada, a testament to his expertise and dedication to Orthopaedic Surgery. He has also contributed significantly to the domain of third-party independent medical assessments in orthopaedics, providing impartial opinions for both plaintiff and defence counsel.
His work with the Ontario Workers’ Network as a Specialist Examiner showcases his involvement in the broader medical and legal communities. Dr. Vora is preparing to further credentialize his expertise through the Canadian Society of Medical Evaluators.
