Dr. Judge is a certified Clinical Neuropsychologist and Clinical Psychologist registered with the College of Psychologists of Ontario since 1992.
He is affiliated with several professional organizations, including the Ontario Psychological Association (OPA), the American Academy of Clinical Neuropsychology (AACN), the Canadian Association of Psychologists in Disability Assessment (CAPDA), the Canadian Society of Medical Evaluators (CSME), the International Brain Injury Association (IBIA), and the American Congress of Rehabilitation Medicine (ACRM).

Assessor Background & Experience
Since 1996, Dr. Judge has operated a private practice, providing comprehensive neuropsychological and psychological evaluations to the legal community (both plaintiff and defence) and the insurance industry (SABS and LTD). With over 25 years of experience, he has conducted numerous independent medical evaluations and has testified as a fully qualified expert witness in the Superior Court of Ontario.
Dr. Judge’s neuropsychology reports include a complete psychological component that includes a diagnosis and opinion, facilitating a comprehensive understanding of the often complex interrelationship between neurocognitive and psychological factors.
Assessor Education
Dr. Judge earned a doctorate in Psychology/Neuroscience from Carleton University in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. His training in neuroscience included a joint program with the University of Ottawa Medical School, focusing on neuroanatomy and neurophysiology. His research concentrated on the development of central auditory system functions in mammals, particularly human infants.
Following his doctoral studies, Dr. Judge completed a three-year postdoctoral fellowship at the Centre for Research in Human Development at the University of Toronto, before undertaking a specialized two-year postdoctoral clinical training program jointly conducted by York University and The Clarke Institute of Psychiatry in Toronto (now known as CAMH).

Professional Affiliations
Dr. Judge holds certifications in catastrophic evaluation (C-CAT (MB)) and medico-legal expertise (CMLE (ON)) from the Canadian Society of Medical Evaluators/Canadian Academy of Psychologists in Disability Assessment.
Additionally, he is board certified in the use of the AMA Guides for the Evaluation of Permanent Impairment, 4th edition, by the American Board of Forensic Professionals (ABFP).
