Tia plays a key strategic role leading the Canadian-owned operations of AssessMed. With more than 20 years of senior operations management experience, Tia has worked with some of North America’s leading IME companies.  She has an in-depth understanding of IME business analytics as well as the various legislative landscapes across Canada.  Tia has successfully led several large scale initiatives including national workforce management and process improvements, new technology implementations and organizational accreditations.  Her business savvy and commitment to excellence combined with her ability to develop high performing teams is supported by a Diploma in Medical Business Administration from George Brown and a Certificate in Organizational Leadership from Ryerson University.  Tia is a Six Sigma Green belt and a Surveyor for CARF International in the discipline of Medical Rehabilitation Accreditation.

Tia is a proud member of the AssessMed leadership team.  She is also passionate about the needs of children, families & hunger, she actively supports charitable organizations that champion these causes.  Tia is bilingual in English and French and enjoys baking, cycling and traveling in her spare time.
