Our Hamilton office specializes in IME Assessments for accident benefits. We help accident benefits adjusters and in-house insurance company lawyers manage their claims cases. We have assessors for every type of case – our roster has significant depth and diversity.
For employer offerings, we primarily work with Human Resources personnel who need to manage IME Assessments for employees in large organizations.
Our Med-Legal IME Assessment services are most often used by lawyers, law clerks, and legal assistants. We provide referral services for both defense or plaintiff law firms as well as in-house counsel.
