After a year of dedicated service, James MacDonald will be departing AssessMed on December 31, 2024. James has made an indelible mark on our organization, building strong relationships with Assessors, clients, and colleagues. His professionalism, commitment to excellence, and positivity have been a cornerstone of his contributions. While we are sad to see him go, we are equally thrilled for James as he embarks on an exciting new chapter. James leaves behind a legacy of integrity and collaboration, and he will always remain a valued member of the AssessMed family.
As James passes the baton, we are thrilled to welcome Chris Marchetti as our new Assistant Director, Business Development for Atlantic Canada and Ontario. Chris brings a wealth of experience and expertise that will sustain and enhance the exceptional service our clients have come to expect.
Celebrating James’s Contributions
James joined AssessMed with a clear passion for strengthening our partnerships and delivering value to our clients. Over the past year, he has consistently gone above and beyond to ensure seamless collaboration across teams, fostering trust and goodwill among Assessors and clients alike. His ability to tackle challenges with determination and creativity has been instrumental in driving positive outcomes.
Whether it was supporting complex medical evaluations or building meaningful client relationships, James exemplified the best of AssessMed’s values. His efforts have left a lasting impact, and his presence will be deeply missed by everyone who had the privilege of working with him.
A New Chapter of Leadership
Chris Marchetti steps into his role with over 24 years of experience in the medical assessments and rehabilitation industries. His extensive background includes pivotal roles as a Registered Kinesiologist, Functional Assessor, Clinical Coordinator, and leader within Independent Medical Evaluation (IME) facilities. His proven track record of managing multidisciplinary teams and delivering high-quality services aligns seamlessly with AssessMed’s commitment to excellence.
Chris’s professional journey includes over two decades with Lifemark Health Group and its affiliates, where he played a crucial role in advancing operational efficiencies and client outcomes. His leadership experience in overseeing diverse teams positions him well to navigate the complex needs of AssessMed’s clients and partners.
Looking Ahead with Optimism
While transitions can be bittersweet, they also represent an opportunity for growth and renewal. Chris’s leadership marks an exciting new chapter for AssessMed, one that builds on the strong foundation laid by James and the team.
