AssessMed has six professionally designed, fully equipped assessment clinics. All locations are able to offer our full range of assessments.
Please send all available medical documentation and correspondence, in order for us to provide the most comprehensive analysis.
Documentation can be sent as a hard copy (i.e. medical brief, CD Rom, or paper file) to our Head Office or through email. In the case of a smaller set of documentation, please feel free to send via fax.
